Welcome to MusHost! Our Client Area is your central hub for managing your hosting services, paying invoices, and requesting technical support. This guide will show you how to access your account securely.
1. Navigate to the Login Page
To access your account, visit the following link:
- URL: my.mushost.com
- You can also click the "Client Login" button located at the top right of the MusHost homepage.
2. Enter Your Credentials
Once you are on the login screen:
- Enter the Email Address you used during your registration or initial purchase.
- Enter your Password.
- Click the "Login" button.
Note: For security reasons, we recommend not saving your password on public or shared computers.
3. What Can You Do in the Client Area?
Once logged in, you will have access to the following features:
- Services: View your active web hosting or streaming plans.
- Billing: View unpaid invoices, download receipts, and manage your payment methods.
- Support: Open a new support ticket or view replies from our technical team.
- Domains: Manage your domain registrations and update Nameservers.
4. Having Trouble Logging In?
If you cannot remember your password, don't worry!
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- You will receive an email with instructions and a secure link to reset your password.
